We try to answer all customer emails within 24 hours, monday-friday, excluding holidays. If you contact us over the weekend, we’ll get back to you monday.

We make every effort to provide you with accurate descriptions and display of our products. All sizes and measurements are approximate and colours may vary depending on computer screen resolutions.
All details, descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of publishing. we reserve the right to change these without notice.
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and are subject to the following terms and conditions. all orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
You will be guided through the steps, which are needed to place a successful order, by our shopping pages. This procedure allows you to check and make any final amendments before submitting your final order.
if your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate before submitting ‘place order’, as these details cannot be changed once your order has been confirmed. And that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Once we dispatch your item, you will then receive another email, confirming that your item has been dispatched, this email will include all the shipping and tracking information you will need to know.
Any use of a promotional code will be detailed on the invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment

Dispatch times may vary from time to time in accordance with conditions which are out of our control.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund; this is in accordance with our returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds will only be made via the original payment method, for further information visit our 'Returns’ page.
She wears all will not be held liable for the loss in transit of any returned items.
There will be no refund for damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
